Project Overview
Background
Animal owners usually feel overwhelmed when their pets are sick. When pets encounter accidents in daily lives, they usually don’t know what to do. Therefore, we have decided to design an app in order to let pet owners get everything easily.
WeVet have many years of experience in animal health cases as professional consultants. We have also provided suitable locums for different types of animal clinics in order to provide professionalism for animal owners, like providing some basic animal health consultation, offering emergency medical advice, finding suitable veterinary clinic, arranging veterinary appointment services and so on.

User Research
The goal of the research is to gather different insights from pet owners. We have conducted an online survey using google form and interviewed some pet owners. We got 48 responses.
Here are some of the questions:

Competitive Research
Before going to the Primary Research, I want to analyse the similar products. Are they helpful enough to the users to keep them engaged for the long term? Are they providing all the services that users are expecting?
