Eunoia is the brand name of scented candle. It is inspired by an ancient Greek word which means “Well-being” or “Beautiful thinking” . The qualities of this word is wonderfully compatible with the function of the scented candles. In other words, the candles of Eunoia can create a relaxing environment to inspire people a beautiful thinking and positive mind.
Background
Everyday stress, lack of sleep, anxiety and a poor immune system are common for people who live in fast-moving cities like Hong Kong. Some studies have shown that aromatherapy scents bring about changes in the body that make us feel more energized, less stressed, more clarity, as well as help with managing pain. In this project, it aims to build a brand identity for scented candle design and deliver something fresh, new and good for the soul.

A positive mind and positive energy is the key to a positive life. Eunoia is more than just an amazing candle. Eunoia love creating, inspiring, atmospheric fragrances that can help stories come alive. The candles are inspired by some famous movies and thus featuring different stories with attractive scents. They definitely put you in the mood and feel the thrill, receiving vicarious pleasure from the stories through Eunoia’s candles.
Typography
The titles are inspired by five popular movies. Moreover, they are designed with different typeface added with some unique symbols and elements according to the stories.

Art nouveau styles are designed to be the pattern and applied in the box. Each title consists of a unique frame, including a cup, strawberry, book, pumpkin and rose.
