I had the opportunity to work at Hase on investment, transfer, and card projects. My responsibilities included using existing design system and components to build app and webpage layouts, as well as designing icons.

Credit limit transfer journey

The credit limit transfer function allows users to transfer credit limits between cards or to change the credit limit of a credit card. I am responsible for designing the UI interface for both apps and e-banking websites.

Debit Card Journey

To launch a new Hang Seng Debit Card, I am responsible for designing the UI interface for the entire servicing journey. This includes the processes for reporting and replacing lost cards, blocking or unblocking cards, and managing various limit controls. My goal is to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for all aspects of debit card usage.
